Mr. Girard has over 25 years of construction experience. He has participated in the construction process from Project Surveying, Project Engineering, Project Superintendent, Project Management, And Project Scheduling. He has worked on projects that range from multi-story buildings, bridge reconstruction, new highway construction and construction management of building projects.

Mr. Girard graduated from The University of Akron with an Associates degree in Surveying and Construction and a Bachelors degree in Construction Engineering from the College of Engineering.

Mr. Girard was selected from a national pool of applicants for the American Road and Transportation Builders of America Inaugural class of Young Executive Development Program.
